'championing quality healthcare'
Allied Healthcare Services UK Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (ID 08858004) in 2014. It is managed by a team of healthcare professionals with more than 35 years of clinical experience.
The inception of this business was inspired by our passion to deliver quality health care. We joined our hands to realise this ambition through this recruitment business with a view of nurturing the 'quality' culture in our service.
Our insight: For a significant period, as front liners, we have witnessed the impact of staff shortages on patient care and their carers as well as the healthcare organisations in the UK. This workforce issue poses the risks to care quality and staff wellbeing (The Kings Hund 2018).
The work pressures and shortage of nurses and doctors in the NHS are escalating, and likely to get worse given the financial constraints and probable impact of UK’s withdrawal from the EU (The Kings Fund 2018). There is a large body of evidence to prove that the “gap between the demand for and supply of NHS staff is not getting any better” (The Health Foundation 2019).
On this view, our team believes that the services our company has to offer will contribute to the solution of this problem alongside our competitors. We are confident that we can fill vacancies to cover the shortages of staff on a temporary and permanent basis as and when they need it.
The expertise of our dedicated team strengthens our drive to recruit skilled nurses who can deliver quality health care for the patients that exceeds the expectation of the employers.
We pride ourselves in ‘championing quality healthcare’ as we design a pathway that will ensure quality care, incorporating strategies that will promote good staff experience and positive patient and client’s feedback.
To provide a quality and reliable recruitment service to both our clients and our candidates in line with the CQC standards.
To become one of the recognised and trusted nursing recruitment agencies in the UK and abroad.
QUALITY is the core value of our service. The implementation of our practice standards is guided by the following six principles:
Patient-Centred care, Timely, Safe, Efficient, Effective and Equitable.
